Cardiovascular training is the core building block and foundation of a good solid training program. The greater your level of cardiovascular capacity becomes, the higher the intensity of training becomes.

By focusing on increasing your fitness levels the faster changes in body shape takes place. Cardiovascular training is great for losing weight, increasing performance and manipulating your metabolic rate, the rate at which we burn calories.

The more calories we burn the faster we lose weight. We can achieve the above by either Interval or Fartlek training.
