Bricking is a fast paced dynamic exercise circuit that focus purely on your lower body.
Using a combination of spinning and explosive leg exercises off the bikes we focus on both endurance and leg strength throughout this demanding 60 minute session.
Bricking combine Own Body Weight and Weighted Exercises into one intense but fun training session. The transition between the spinning bike and doing the leg exercises is the real fun part as you will experience that jelly leg effect. Oh yes lets not forget that when the weather is good we use the car park for some sprints in between each training phase as well.
