We focus on dynamic functional movement exercises to recruit as many muscle fibres as possible. This burns far more calories than conventional training and our results are guaranteed.

Using a combination of Battle Ropes, TRXs, Kettlebells, Slam Balls and Calisthenics functional training are not just great fun but we guarantee results.
