classesOur classes are open to members and non-members and runs for approximately 45 minutes. All our classes are popular and limited to 24 people per class so we recommend that you book early. All our classes combine both Cardiovascular and Muscular training to ensure you burn fat, tone-up, build muscle and get the results you always wanted.

StrongmanWe run Strongman and Strongwoman classes, these are fun and insane classes open to members and non-members and are included in your monthly membership fee.
