My approach to a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally is simple. I truly believe that each and every person is an athlete, regardless of their physical abilities and if you treat, train and encourage them in this manner, they will succeed.
Exercise is what average people do. Here at Battleground Fitness UK we train as training has a purpose and reason and I believe that each gym session must be approached and tackled as a training session, regardless of your end goal.
