Aerobic Conditioning

This class is designed to help increase your aerobic capacity helping you to become fitter. The aim of aerobic conditioning is to help the body deliver oxygen around the body quicker and more efficiently. This is great for those who play sports as well as for overall health and well-being.

The class uses both moderate and high-intensity circuits to help develop both aerobic and anaerobic fitness.

We normally work in the Fitness Studio and make use of the rowers, Ski Ergs and/or AirBikes. Thrown in for good measure are other exercises like burpees and thrusters!
We run 3-4 circuits per session and always start with a warm-up and end with stretching.

Every week the session is different so you never quite know what your body will have to work though. However, you can be guaranteed a good sweat and calorie burn every session!
