Cardio Killer + Flexibility
This class is designed to help increase your aerobic and anaerobic capacity helping you to become fitter! This is great for those who play sports as well as for overall health and wellbeing… i.e. even if you don’t play sports!
We have also added mobility and stretching into this class to help keep your muscles flexible & in tip-top condition!
The class uses both moderate and high-intensity circuits to help develop your fitness!
We normally work in the Fitness Studio and make use of the rowers, Ski Ergs and/or AirBikes, and thrown in for good measure are other exercises like burpees and thrusters!
We run 2-4 circuits per session and always start with a warm-up plus mobility and end with stretching.
Every week the session is different so you never quite know what your body will have to work though. However, you can be guaranteed a good sweat and calorie burn every session!
