Weight Training

Our weight training area is fully equipped with dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg – 60kg, Power Racks, 5 Stage Multi Station, Leg Press, Hack Squat and Leg Extension machines just to mention a few.

Weight training is a great way to get your body into shape and add lean muscle on or train for aesthetics.

If Power Lifting or Strength training is something you enjoy doing or would like to get into our extensive range of weights and bars are ideal.

Fantastic, I love the gym at Battleground, but the weights are my passion, great to have knowledgable and helpful guys on hand too – keep it up x
