Movement patterns both on the floor and in the upright position is a very overlooked area of training. Although we all do some sort of this during our own training and classes, a lot of times it is the lack of understanding movement and movement patterns that hamper our success and progress. During this class we will be focusing on triplane movement and combine this with strength and muscular endurance.
Using exercises like squats, burpees, mountain climbers, press ups and planks we can turn them into tri plane movement patterns.
